to whom it may concern,

i was wondering if you had any hearts on stock. i am in need of a replacement. it was once stolen, but was not able to be retrieved. it took a long time, but was eventually replaced. another time, i had lent it to someone, but was never returned. this time around, i had given it to someone, but they had broke it into a million pieces and is impossible to put back together. so if it is possible, i am requesting one that is brand new. if you could please send it out soon, it would be greatly appreciated. thank you for your cooperation.
